Captain Philip McCarterVice President Accreditation and Marine AffairsCapt. Philip McCarter's is responsible for ensuring that VMT's simulator's are accredited by recognized organizations and meet or exceed, where required, STCW '95 requirements. Assessing training systems that utilize simulation as part of a competency based assessment program is a focus of attention and expertise. He also is involved in curriculum and instructor station development. |

Tyler BrandDirector - Training ServicesMr. Brand joined the Company when his mariner training company, SMT, was acquired by VMT. As a marine training consultant, he worked with international clients to design and conduct operational training in security, interagency coordination, and search and rescue. |
